Terms of Service
Updated 12/4/2025 • These Terms describe how Precision Market Signals (PMS) operates in partnership with RoboForex Ltd to deliver research, signals, and transparency.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing precisionmarketsignals.net, opening an account, or consuming any research, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines issued inside the Precision Market Signals (PMS) platform.
2. Services
PMS supplies quantitative research, trading signals, execution telemetry, and reporting through web dashboards, TradingView layouts, and read-only RoboForex terminals. We do not act as a broker or custodian; all orders route through RoboForex Ltd or another partner you nominate.
3. Eligibility & Membership
Membership requires successful KYC/AML review, completion of our onboarding questionnaire, and acceptance of the RoboForex client agreement. You must maintain accurate contact details so we can deliver statements, alerts, and security notices.
4. Use of Signals & Content
Signals, research, and tooling are provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for any trading decision. Redistribution, resale, or automated scraping of PMS content without written consent is prohibited.
5. Fees and Billing
Strategy fees range from 0.25% to 0.40% annually and may include performance-based incentives. Fees are invoiced through PMS or deducted via RoboForex according to your mandate. Late or missing payments may suspend access.
6. Data & Privacy
You authorize PMS to share onboarding information, execution metrics, and reconciliation data with RoboForex to provide the services. Additional details appear in our Privacy Policy.
7. Risk Disclosures
Trading leveraged products involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future returns. You should only allocate capital you can afford to risk and maintain independent professional advice.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Services are offered on an “as-is” basis without warranties of accuracy, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose. PMS, its affiliates, and RoboForex will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
9. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the platform, or fail to meet regulatory requirements. You may terminate at any time by notifying support@precisionmarketsignals.net; unpaid fees remain due.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where PMS is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or competent courts as specified in your membership agreement.
